Status Update:  The image of the cam control is the same image from this page - it's not the streaming video, but a snap shot taken every 10 seconds. Give the cam a command and you won't see the response until 10 seconds later - it almost seems unresponsive, but give it time.  Also, the zoom in/out no longer works.  The streaming video should be working soon, but I wanted to get the camera pan/tilt function to work.  

Westhaven news:  Sam Merryman died in May   Sam was a part of Moonstone Beach as much as the sand, river and rocks.  It's hard to believe he's gone. RIP, man.
